About Us

Mistletoe Acres Tree Farm is owned and operated by Matthew & Megan Krugger. Our family purchased the farm in 2012, and we have poured our heart and soul into growing it into a magical space. We’ve expanded our fields by over 50% of their original size, and have even planted our own evergreen nursery. Today we have around 3,000 trees across more than 36 acres.

In 2020, we began dreaming of adding an event venue to our farm, allowing us to welcome guests to enjoy our space year-round. Using pinewood milled from our property, we sustainably constructed a 5,400 square foot, modern timber frame barn. After four years of labor and love, we opened our venue doors to host our first wedding in August of 2024.

As we’ve grown our farm over the years, we’ve also expanded our Holiday Shop and our annual Mistletoe Market, where we proudly showcase the work of local artisans. We are also excited to offer public events in our new barn.

“We got our first Christmas tree there 6 years ago and have gone every year since. It’s our favorite tradition. It was so meaningful to have our celebration there! You won’t be disappointed if you ever choose to have an event there! It’s breathtakingly beautiful and Megan and Matt are a pleasure to work with."

In the News

Our farm has been featured in both print and television stories over the years. In December of 2024, we were honored to be joined by meteorologist Jason Mikell of WBZ / CBS News Boston for his segment, “Do Your Job.” Jason features local New England small businesses and highlights the hard work that goes into all that we do as small business owners. Watch Jason cut and process a tree from our farm!
