Photography at our Farm
We are happy to welcome professional and serious hobby photographers to our farm. A standard photography session grants you half-day access to the exterior areas of our property, including our tree fields. For an additional fee, you may also add on access to Ol’ Blue, our beautiful antique Dodge pickup. (Only one photographer per time slot will have access to the truck.)
Please be advised that unless you book our property for exclusive use, there may be other photographers present during your visit. Please read through our photography guidelines below for more information.
Full-day, Hourly, and Exclusive-use Sessions
To book a full-day session, please sign up for both the morning and afternoon time slots on the specified day. If you require less than a standard half-day session, hourly sessions are also available on most non-holiday weekdays. Please submit a request if you would like to book an hourly, exclusive-use, or other custom photography session.

Photography Guidelines
Please carefully read each statement. By creating a reservation, you acknowledge that you have fully read and agree to each of the following:
-
All photographers must provide a current Certificate of Insurance in advance of scheduled sessions in order to photograph clients on the Mistletoe Acres Tree Farm property.
-
Mistletoe Acres Tree Farm and its associates are not liable for any damaged personal property of the photographer or clients or injuries to photographers or clients while on the Mistletoe Acres Tree Farm property.
-
Please note: you will not be the only photographer here on the premises, as you may share your time slot with three to four other photographers. You may set up wherever you like on the property, as long as you follow the guidelines below. If you would like to book the entire property for yourself alone for a time slot (or two), please submit a request; use of the truck will incur extra fees).
-
Mistletoe Acres cannot be held responsible for the quality of photos/photography sessions due to inclement weather, lighting, routine activities regarding the operation of the farm, etc. You agree that Mistletoe Acres will not be expected to cease daily operations of the farm in order to accommodate photos.
-
Mistletoe acres will not refund your session due to inclement weather, photographer cancellations, or failure of your clients to appear. We suggest booking multiple dates (and leaving slots open for rebooking on your alternate dates), in the event that you have to rebook clients due to rain. Photographers are allowed to set up small pop-up tents in the event of rain, as long as they do not block roadways, damage trees, or damage the property in any way. If conditions make it impossible to photograph your clients in a safe and comfortable manner, we will do our absolute best to reschedule your session where slots are available.
-
We ask that no vehicles, persons, photography equipment, strollers, etc. block the roadways, as access to the road must not be restricted to any vehicles pulling in or out of the property. Customers and photographers should park in the lot at 254 Whitman Street, East Bridgewater, MA 02333.
-
The vintage truck will only be made available to photographers who have signed up to utilize the truck during their sessions and have paid the $350.00 fee. Only one photographer per time slot may access the vintage truck. Do not attach wires, hooks, tape, glue, or anything of that nature to the truck. No horseplay is allowed while on the truck. Damages that occur to the truck while under your care will come at the cost of the photographer. The truck will remain in one location on the property and cannot be moved.
-
Please understand that the owners of the property will most likely not be available to meet with you during your scheduled time.
-
The house and yard located on the premises are private property; please do not photograph or allow clients in, near, or on any portion of the house. Likewise, do not allow clients to enter any of the three red barns (or any other building) on the premises. Do not allow clients to climb on or in ANY of the equipment on the property (tractors, wagons, etc.).
-
While dogs/other animals are allowed on the property, they must remain on leashes at all times. The client must remove any animal refuse from the property.
-
There may be a trash bin located on site; however, we encourage photographers and their clients to remove their refuse upon departure from the property. No littering, please.
-
It is important to note that there may be no restroom facilities available on the premises. Please make clients aware so that they may plan accordingly.
-
Please be respectful of the space of other visitors to the farm.
-
If you have a special request (i.e. would like to bring large animals/vehicles on the premises), please submit that request to us via email to make proper arrangements.
-
Due to customer volume, we cannot accommodate photographers on the premises between November 28th and November 30, 2025. For photographers looking to book November 22nd through December 24th: the farm will be open to customers during photography time slots.
